In these terms, “we” and “us” means Catsflare, and “you” means anyone using the site. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What this website is for
The site explains what we do and how to work with us. Articles, examples and case studies are general information, not advice for your specific business. Before acting on anything you read here, talk to us or another qualified adviser about your own situation.
No guaranteed results
Advertising and search results depend on many things outside anyone's control, including platform changes, competition and how leads are followed up. We don't promise rankings, return on ad spend, lead volumes or mentions in AI assistants, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. Results described in case studies are from specific engagements and won't necessarily be repeated.
Free tools and enquiries

- We aim to reply within the times shown on the site, but these are targets rather than commitments. We may decline a request, for example if it isn't something we can help with.
- Please give accurate details. Only share information you're allowed to share, and don't send passwords or account logins through our forms.
- Booking a call or sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract or an agency relationship.
When we work together
Paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, fees and timelines. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Using the site fairly
Please don't:

Our content
The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to Catsflare or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit. For anything more, please ask first. Client names and logos belong to their owners.
Other websites and services
The site links to services run by others, including Calendly (for booking calls), WhatsApp, Google and our social profiles. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for their content or availability.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chandigarh have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
