  • Domain marketplaceUS · Global

    Atom

Paid search for a marketplace where every search is different.

    Intent-led
    Campaigns split by buyer intent

    The challenge

Atom sells premium domain names and runs naming contests for founders and brands worldwide. Searchers look for thousands of different names and categories, and many are after cheap registrations rather than premium names, so broad campaigns spent money on clicks that would never buy.

    What we did

    1. 01Separated campaigns by intent: premium domain buyers, naming-contest customers and brand searches.
    2. 02Built negative-keyword lists to filter out free-domain, registrar and hosting searches.
    3. 03Tracked domain purchases and contest launches as separate conversions.
    4. 04Reviewed search terms every week and moved budget toward the categories that converted.

    The outcome

A cleaner account that keeps spend on high-intent searches, with conversion data the bidding could trust.

  • Software & AI developmentUS · India

    Signity Solutions

Reaching B2B buyers for a software development company.

    Search + outreach
    B2B lead generation

    The challenge

Signity Solutions builds custom software and AI systems for businesses in the US and beyond. Broad keywords such as "software development" attracted job seekers, students and freelancers as well as buyers, and enterprise buyers rarely convert from a single click.

    What we did

    1. 01Ran Google Search campaigns on service-specific, high-intent keywords.
    2. 02Excluded job, course and freelance searches with negative-keyword lists.
    3. 03Ran targeted email outreach to decision-makers in chosen industries.
    4. 04Tracked enquiries by source so the sales team could see which channel started real conversations.

    The outcome

Fewer irrelevant enquiries, and a clear view of which campaigns and outreach sequences led to genuine sales conversations.

  • E-commerce (agency partner)New Zealand

    The Web Guys

White-label paid media for an agency's e-commerce clients.

    White-label
    Paid media for agency clients

    The challenge

The Web Guys design websites and run marketing for businesses across New Zealand. As more of their clients sold online, they needed specialist Google Shopping and Meta campaign management without building an in-house team.

    What we did

    1. 01Ran Google Shopping, Performance Max and Meta campaigns for several of their e-commerce clients, white-labelled under the agency's brand.
    2. 02Cleaned up product feeds in Google Merchant Center so listings were accurate and approved.
    3. 03Set up purchase tracking with order values so campaigns optimised for revenue, not clicks.
    4. 04Prepared monthly reports the agency could pass straight to its clients.

    The outcome

The agency could offer specialist e-commerce advertising to its clients, with campaigns built on clean purchase data and reporting in its own name.

  • Higher educationIndia

    UFV India

Admissions enquiries for a Canadian degree pathway in Chandigarh.

    Intake-timed
    Search and Meta campaigns

    The challenge

UFV India offers University of the Fraser Valley undergraduate programmes that begin in Chandigarh, with the option to transfer to Canada. Each intake has a fixed admissions window, and the programmes compete with study-abroad options that families compare closely.

    What we did

    1. 01Ran Google Search and Meta campaigns timed around each intake.
    2. 02Built separate campaigns for the business, computing and liberal arts programmes.
    3. 03Tracked brochure downloads, campus-visit requests and enquiries as separate conversions.
    4. 04Focused targeting on students and parents in Chandigarh and the surrounding region.

    The outcome

Spend focused on programme-specific enquiries during each intake window, with reporting that showed which programmes and channels drove interest.

  • HR tech (B2B SaaS)US · Global

    RChilli

Paid search for a recruitment-tech API sold to HR platforms.

    Search + LinkedIn
    Demo and trial conversions

    The challenge

RChilli sells resume parsing, job matching and AI recruiting agents to HR software vendors, staffing firms and enterprises, including integrations with platforms such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors. Searches for terms like "resume parser" come from job seekers and students as often as from buyers.

    What we did

    1. 01Built campaigns around buyer-intent searches such as resume parsing APIs, CV parsers for applicant tracking systems and recruiting integrations.
    2. 02Excluded job-seeker, free-tool and template searches with negative-keyword lists.
    3. 03Tracked demo requests and API trial sign-ups as separate conversions.
    4. 04Ran LinkedIn Ads aimed at HR technology and talent-acquisition leaders.

    The outcome

Spend focused on product and integration searches from potential customers, with conversions split so the team could see which campaigns led to demos and trials.

  • Restaurant & cateringUS

    Demera

Filling tables and catering orders for an Ethiopian restaurant in Chicago.

    3 goals
    Reservations, orders, catering

    The challenge

Demera serves Ethiopian food in Chicago, with dine-in, online ordering and catering for weddings and company events. Each has a different customer and a different season, so a single campaign couldn't serve them all.

    What we did

    1. 01Separated campaigns for reservations, online orders and catering enquiries.
    2. 02Ran Google Search campaigns for people looking for Ethiopian food nearby.
    3. 03Used Meta ads to promote events and catering.
    4. 04Kept Google Business Profile details consistent with the website and ads.

    The outcome

Each part of the business had its own budget and measurable goal, so spend could follow what was actually bringing customers in.

  • Home & furnitureUAE

    Furniture Business

Turning WhatsApp chats into conversions Google can learn from.

    6+ ROAS
    Return on ad spend

    The challenge

This furniture business sells premium furniture in the UAE. Most buyers enquire through WhatsApp and close in conversation or in the showroom, so Google Ads was optimising for chat taps with no idea which ones became sales.

    What we did

    1. 01Rebuilt the Google Ads account into five focused campaigns.
    2. 02Captured the Google click ID (GCLID) on every visit and carried it into WhatsApp enquiries.
    3. 03Built a pipeline with Google Tag Manager, Apps Script and Google Sheets to log leads and closed sales.
    4. 04Uploaded closed sales back to Google Ads as offline conversions.
    5. 05Set a clear threshold of offline sales before switching to revenue-based bidding.

    The outcome

Return on ad spend has reached 6+, and Google is now learning from real sales instead of chat clicks. The engagement is expanding into Meta Ads.

  • HealthcareUS

    A Dental Practice

Getting a multi-location practice cited by AI assistants.

    4 AI platforms
Tested monthly, every query run twice

    The challenge

A multi-location dental practice in the US wanted to know whether AI assistants recommend them when patients ask — and how to show up more often against a dominant local competitor.

    What we did

    1. 01Built a set of real patient questions for each clinic location and surrounding towns.
    2. 02Tested each question twice, in fresh sessions, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
    3. 03Prioritised hyper-local, nearby-town queries where the competitor was weak.
    4. 04Took over website care, fixing appointment-form notifications and security issues.

    The outcome

Reproducible monthly AI-visibility reporting for every location, a focused content plan, and a website the team can rely on.

  • Printing & signageUAE

    Dubai Printing Press

When the problem isn't the ads.

    4 workstreams
    Keywords, expansion, structure, leads

    The challenge

A Dubai printing and signage company was spending on Google Ads but unsure why leads weren't turning into enough business.

    What we did

    1. 01Ran keyword research and an international expansion analysis.
    2. 02Audited the campaign structure.
    3. 03Consolidated and analysed leads data across sources.
    4. 04Switched location targeting to people physically present in the target area, with radius targeting around key districts.

    The outcome

The biggest leak turned out to be sales follow-up, not media — so instead of recommending more budget, we gave the team the data to fix the funnel while spend focused on genuinely local customers.

  • Beauty servicesUAE

    Beauty Services Business

    Clean data from day one.

    Rebuilt from zero
    GTM & conversion tracking

    The challenge

A Dubai beauty services business needed Google Ads to bring bookings, but the site carried several leftover tags from previous agencies, making conversion data unreliable.

    What we did

    1. 01Audited Google Tag Manager and removed legacy agency tags.
    2. 02Rebuilt conversion tracking from scratch.
    3. 03Set up and launched the Google Ads campaign.
    4. 04Reviewed the first ten days of data to guide optimisation.

    The outcome

One clean source of truth for every lead from day one, so optimisation decisions are based on real data.
