Who we are
Catsflare is a performance marketing agency based at Plot No. 191, Industrial Area Phase II, Chandigarh 160002, India. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us about anything in this policy at work@catsflare.com.
What we collect through forms
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type in. Depending on the form, that can include:
- your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- your company name, website, market and city
- your monthly ad budget, the services you're interested in and your message
- details about your business for a free audit, such as your main service and the ad platforms you use
We also record where your visit came from — campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source) and an ad click ID if you arrived from a Google ad — along with the page you submitted from and the time. This tells us which of our own marketing works.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and run any free audit you ask for
- to prepare for and hold a call you book with us
- to understand which of our marketing brings us enquiries
We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking. We rely on your request (to answer it) and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are sent to a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account and emailed to our team. Calls are booked through Calendly, which stores the details you give it. These providers may process data outside your country; they use recognised safeguards for international transfers.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. With your permission, we also use Google Tag Manager to load analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (such as Google Ads and Meta). These don't load until you accept them. We use Google Consent Mode, so when you decline, Google tags don't set analytics or advertising cookies.
The booking calendar on our contact page is provided by Calendly and may set its own cookies when it loads.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and any period the law requires afterwards. Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email work@catsflare.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
